Roos Kocken is a yoga teacher, body positivity ambassador en adventurer. She loves yoga because it can help us on so many levels, not only to get stronger or more flexible physically but also to reduce stress, release tension and be more present in the moment. She took yoga trainings in different styles, like Dru (a soft and flowing form of yoga), Yin and Vinyasa by Bryce Yoga (a strong and physical style of yoga). She loves nature and teaching outside, especially near the sea. As an independent yoga teacher she teaches weekly classes plus special events, organizes retreats and likes to share her knowledge online via social media at @yogawithroos.
